Review
An HSE report follows its own order. Typical stops are first look, technical review, unit approval, and close. The days on a stop are an organization setting.
Who Uses It
Writes the event or condition from their own unit. Follows the status on their own records.
Reviews the hazard, the action taken, and whether it can recur. Writes a note when the report is thin.
Approves the lasting action in their own unit.
If a point rule is on, the balance is visible on the person card. Report points can be spent from the reward list.
