A Success Record Answers Three Questions
Beside title and summary, a success record carries three special fields. Each field is one question of the story.
When? The month or year the improvement ran, written like “2026 First Half”.
What changed? The outcome text, written with its unit. A long text field.

Record Path
How A Success Record Closes
A success record passes the same review order. At the last stop the status becomes Implemented.
- 01 Record Opens Audience, Period, and Outcome are written in the form. The record gets a BSH number and the status is Submitted.
- 02 Pre-Review The text is read. A revision is requested if the outcome has no measure.
- 03 Technical Review It is checked that the stated outcome rests on an implementation.
- 04 Administrator Approval The administrator approves the record for the organization.
- 05 Economy Approval The estimated amount is written.
- 06 Implementation Follow-up Realized amount and implementation note are written. The record becomes Implemented and closes.

Who Uses Success Records
Writes the outcome with its audience and period into the form and adds co-authors.
Checks at the technical step that the outcome rests on an implementation.
Approves the success in their own unit at the manager step.
Run the economy step and see the point balance of the recognized employee in the people directory.

About The Success Story Module
Must a suggestion be opened before a success record?
No. A success record opens from its own form. No automatic link is made to a suggestion or kaizen record; the number of the related record can be written in Current State or Implementation Notes.
Can we show a success record outside the organization?
If the portal is public, a record can be marked Public and visitors who are not signed in can read it. Otherwise the record stays internal.
Does the recognized employee receive points?
If a point rule is defined, the author receives fixed points on submission and on approval. The appreciate mark does not produce points.
How does the number start?
A success record is numbered with BSH. On send the status becomes Submitted.
Is the success story on at opening?
It arrives off. When opened, the default share is public; administration can pull it back inside.
Where does the learned result sit?
Audience, period, and result are on the same form. The result text stays on the record.
How do co-authors appear?
Staff added to the record stand beside the author.
Is review different from a suggestion?
The order is the same. At the last stop the realized amount is written and the record becomes Implemented.
