How to Track a Multi-Branch Suggestion Program

Company, branch, and department shape the form. Period comparison is read from the branch field.

With one company and one branch the form simplifies. If there is one company, company selection is gone. If there is one branch, the branch field is hidden. If there is one department, that choice drops too. The program closes unnecessary fields without tiring staff. In a multi-branch structure the same form opens; only company and branch selection become visible. Period comparison is read from the branch field; if the field is empty the report shifts and central quality sees the wrong spread.

In a multi-company (holding) structure the record binds first to company, then to branch. The form relation is company → branch. The wrong company choice drops the record into the wrong review queue. Membership and unit information complete the record. The branch list narrows to the chosen company; another company branch does not sit on the list. HR audits that link on membership at period start; a missing link leads to a silent-branch row.

Location is the branch place field. There is no separate location box on the form. Period reports and near miss frequency are read through branch. If branch is left empty, comparison shifts. The place-of-application line completes branch information; “warehouse” is not enough; which branch warehouse is written. The reviewer asks for revision on an empty branch row; the rationale stays on the file.

Field guidance stays clear in a branch program. Benefit type is the bucket; there is no category field. Current state and proposed improvement are written in branch language. Expected benefit carries a measure or an amount. Kaizen asks for before and after measures; the measure is read with the branch row. Near miss is a type on the HSE record; the place line is completed with branch. HR reads the benefit-type list in company language during branch training.

Reviewer checks tie to the branch queue. A record with the wrong company falls into the central queue and is delayed. If the branch field is empty the reviewer asks for revision. The due date is written from the step day count when the task opens; a branch-specific day count is not a separate product claim. Rationale is written in the same layout at every branch. Quality tracks wrong-company choice as a separate row in the period rejection spread.

Central quality lists all branches when permission allows. A branch manager sees the local queue. Role decides the visible row. A branch row without permission does not enter export. The task list shows only open work and the permitted branch. Headquarters separates overdue tasks with the branch filter. The due date is written when the task opens; the overdue badge looks at the same date.

If the same improvement will be repeated at another branch, a new record is opened. The older close note is read; the same reference is not written twice. A link record shows the source of the repeat. Copy-paste text does not fill the branch field. A success story is the summary of applied work; the source branch stays on the reference, and a new application line is written for the new branch.

Benefit type and step schema can be kept common across the organization. A branch receives its own owners through role and unit. Day counts come from central settings. HR writes company, branch, and unit links on membership; a missing link leads to a silent-branch row. Role assignment separates the branch manager and the local reviewer.

Reward point balance belongs to the person. A branch report can filter point movement on records opened from that branch. On a catalog request points are held; they finalize on approval and refund on refusal. Fulfillment may be central or local; the rule sits in HR settings. Balance is not split across branches. The period meeting reads branch movement apart from balance.

Common mistakes are these. The first is treating location as a separate box and leaving branch empty. The second is choosing the wrong company in a holding. The third is copying another branch close without opening a new record. The fourth is writing a demo portal sample branch into the live tree. The fifth is keeping a parallel branch spreadsheet in Excel. The sixth is looking for a category instead of benefit type; there is no category on the form. The seventh is asking for a branch-specific day count; duration comes from central settings and the due date is written when the task opens.

A silent branch is read from a row with zero open and zero closed records. Training and notices aim at that row. A mandatory quota sentence is not part of the program; participation is tracked from the list. The period meeting reads branch spread first, then the silent row. Average close time is compared with the branch filter.

The period-meeting agenda is built from the portal list. A repeating benefit type or near miss frequency appears on the branch row. Decision minutes write which branch will receive a notice. The success-story list shows at which branch applied work was summarized. The meeting slide does not replace the source.

In an audit, a branch-filtered list and step history are enough. A separate spreadsheet per branch closes. Excel export carries the on-screen branch filter. Reference number, company, branch, person, and time stamp sit on the row. An export attempt without permission stays in the log. Quality places the branch-filtered portal list as the source in the audit folder; the parallel spreadsheet closes.

On 5S and workplace-order work, the place-of-application line completes the branch information. A kaizen measure is read with the branch row. A suggestion is an idea not yet applied; application may open at branch A and a story at branch B; the two files are tracked with a link. The module menu follows company settings; a closed module does not appear on the branch menu either. HR writes which modules are open in branch training.

Corporate identity is the same logo and color at every branch. Staff do not see a foreign portal when the branch changes. The address is a dedicated cloud path or a company server; a separate product is not installed per branch. Notices land in the portal inbox; the branch name is read on the record row. Sign-in is protected with SSL; changing branch does not install a separate product. When a new branch opens, logo and color are verified on the checklist.

Reporting opens with company and branch filters. Benefit-type spread is summed on the branch row. Near miss frequency is separated with the HSE filter and branch. Suggestion close count and success-story count are not the same thing. Demo sample figures do not enter the live branch report. Average close time is compared on the branch row. The period meeting reads branch spread first, then the silent branch.

HR reviews the branch tree and memberships at period start. When a new branch is added, role and step owner are written. A closed branch is not chosen on new records; the branch name on older records is not deleted. The training calendar aims at the silent branch. If the company → branch link is empty on membership, submit selection breaks; the link is completed first. A missing link falls to an “other” row on the period report and is read like silence.

A branch manager reads due dates on the local task list. The due date is written when the task opens. An overdue row reaches central quality through the branch filter. At a branch with a high revision rate, field training is repeated. Empty current-state and place-of-application lines are the most common revision reasons. The training note keeps empty-field examples with reference numbers.

If catalog fulfillment is local, a branch warehouse or purchasing role is assigned. On a request points are held; they finalize on approval and refund on refusal. If central fulfillment is chosen, all branch requests fall into one queue. Balance still sits with the person; a branch report only filters movement. HR announces the fulfillment choice at period start.

In short: a multi-branch suggestion program runs on the company → branch link. Location is not a separate box. Report and task list filter by branch and role. Repeated work is tracked with a new record. An audit reads from the branch-filtered list. There is no quota; a silent branch is tracked with notices and training. Benefit type is shared; there is no category. A demo branch name is not written into the live tree. Excel export depends on permission. The due date is written from the step day count when the task opens.
